This will be a source to inform our memebers of the local farms within our Co-op and to update you on goings on with  R & C Farm Co-op, our local farms, recipes, educational tools and other fun stuff. And to educate all who read about supporting local farming and becoming a sustainable farm. With a little creativity, resourcefulness and a lot of hard work it is possible to turn your passion into your livelyhood.
